Shipping & Delivery Policy
Furvelis currently ships eligible orders to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping availability and any applicable charges will be displayed before payment.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days. Processing may take longer during public holidays, unusually busy periods, or when an address requires verification.
Estimated Delivery
For orders shipped to the United States, delivery is generally estimated at 7-15 business days after dispatch.
The estimated total time from placing an order to delivery is therefore approximately 8-18 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.
Delivery estimates for other supported destinations will be displayed at checkout or provided with the order information.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout after the order has shipped.
Please allow several business days for tracking information to begin showing movement after receiving the tracking number.
Address Changes
Please verify your name, shipping address, postal code, phone number, and email address before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact & Support page. We cannot guarantee address changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing.
Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility. Furvelis cannot control customs processing times or charges.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact us through our Contact & Support page and include your order number.
We will review the tracking information and contact the shipping provider where appropriate.
Damaged Packages
If an item arrives damaged, retain the product and its original packaging. Contact us promptly with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged item
- Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label
This information will help us investigate and resolve the issue.
