Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your Furvelis purchase. Please review the following conditions before requesting a return, replacement, cancellation, or refund.
Return Requests
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned with its original packaging and accessories
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
To begin a return, contact us through our Contact & Support page. Please do not send a product to the address shown on the parcel or to any supplier address without receiving return instructions from us.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If the product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs or video of the product
- Photographs of the packaging and shipping label
After reviewing the evidence, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances. You will not be charged return shipping for an approved claim involving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Approved returns that are not related to damage, defects, or an incorrect item may require the customer to pay the return shipping cost.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and other delivery-related fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Cancellations and Order Changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify an order.
We will try to accommodate the request, but cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
If an order has already shipped, it will normally need to follow the standard return process after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns may be refused for:
- Products returned after the applicable return period
- Used, altered, washed, damaged, or incomplete products
- Products without their original packaging or accessories
- Items damaged through misuse or ordinary wear and tear
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Gift cards, if offered
These restrictions do not affect rights provided by applicable consumer law.
Refused and Undeliverable Parcels
If an order is returned because the customer refused delivery or provided an incorrect or incomplete address, any return shipping, reshipping, customs, or carrier charges may be deducted from the refund.
A refund can only be considered after the returned parcel has been received and reviewed.
Refund Processing
We will notify you after an approved return or claim has been reviewed.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Exchanges
The quickest way to replace an unwanted product is to request an approved return and place a new order separately.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, contact us before placing another order so we can review the issue.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws applicable to your purchase.
